Why focus on Talent?
In the era of faster – higher – better, focus on talent is becoming the best strategy in people development and encouragement. At least there are 3 reasons why we should focus on talent.
1. Learning Process
People who work on the area of their talent will have ability to learn faster than people who work on not of their talent.
2. Performance
People who work on the area of their talent will have ability to work faster and better than people who work on not of their talent.
3. Commitment
People who work on the area of their talent will have better commitment than people who work on not of their talent.

I agree with all the three reasons that you have pointed out.
But i think that there are so many people who are talented yet they don’t follow their dreams and take up work in areas not related to their talent. I think for these people your 3rd reason of commitment does not apply.

I’m agree with you, about the condition that many talented people don’t have an opportunity to follow their dreams or maybe not showing their best perfomace. That’s why the organization, or specialy HR person, should put attention to them, to know their talent, their passions, and then give them a right track or position.

looking to start my own blog soon but I’m having a difficult time making a decision between BlogEngine/Wordpress/B2evolution and Drupal. The reason I ask is because your layout seems different then most blogs and I’m looking for something unique.
